Suggested Use: Mix 1 scoop of SuperCarb into 12-16 oz of water. Shake well for 30-45 seconds. Take before, during, or after intense exercise as needed for added energy. When mixing for group use, follow these directions: 1 gallon: Mix 10 scoops of Super Carb into 1 gallon of water.
