The order was placed on 18.02.23 and received on 14.03.23. I am very satisfied with the product. At first I put it to charge, during charging a red light came on, when it was charging the light went out. I performed the first massage, I felt how the massage was performed by stabbing with different intensity, which in turn can be adjusted with the +/- buttons. Many thanks to the seller for the quality product and the carrier for the promptness.
Comfortable use also possible at the workplace, since there are no noises. However, you have to be patient as the performance seems rather weak. But it helps: use it more often!!! My physical therapist said it's very good if you put it on for 15 minutes 2-3 times a day. My neck/shoulder area seems more relaxed after just one day. Thanks very much. Fast delivery.
It comes in a sachet with fine bubbles, two wraps of insulating plastic and a further sachet of the single product. Accompanied by sachet with used cable and instruction leaflet. I will upload photos. They could have put more protective packaging, even if the product is intact and without even a scratch.
