I received the scissors with bent tips. Unfortunately, the sharp tip broke the silicone protection and I received the damaged product. I think the seller should change the way the product is packaged, so that it does not get damaged during the delivery process!
I ordered a sample, I really liked it, very narrow and comfortable to work with. Then I ordered two more and I got something completely different, wide and very difficult to use, I'll probably throw them away. Disappointed!
The product was not properly packed, respectively they arrived damaged. Customer support was very responsive and they refunded my money
I am ordering the scissors for the second time and I am very satisfied, only this time it came better packaged 🤗 I am very satisfied and recommend
