For example, if you plug in a heat lamp, if you want to maintain the temperature of your terrarium at 20 degrees Celsius from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 22 degrees Celsius from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., simply set the daytime temperature to 20 degrees Celsius, the daytime start time to 8:00 a.m., the nighttime temperature to 22 degrees Celsius, and the nighttime start time to 5:00 p.m.

Time Delay Switch This timer thermostat can be used as a time delay switch; two groups can be set for 24 hours. It can be used to control lighting, an oxygen pump, etc. Timer period: 0 to 24 hours/daily cycle timer.

For example, if you want the lights to turn on between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM and between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and off at other times, simply set L1 FROM=2:00, L1 TO=5:00; L2 FROM=19:00, L2 TO=22:00.
