First time I have used this company and things have gone wrong. Small Jiffy bag received via Royal Mail on the 25th November. However the package was empty, NO product inside it. The package looked intact and did not appear to have been tampered with before I received it. It looks like the product was never put inside the jiffy bag at source. Fortunately this was not a high value item. The online tracking was good, but absolutely no use at all when its an empty parcel. How do I contact support to resolve this?

Edit: I'm updating my review. The company accepted my complaint and transferred the refund to my account. That's why I'm changing the rating from 1 to 3. An empty package arrived. There was nothing in it, I was only delivered an empty envelope. This is a scam, I do not recommend it.

I don't know if it's a packaging error, but I received a package without a product. I was very disappointed, because the rest of the items arrived in perfect condition.
