my experience with Coolbe, after purchasing an electric carving knife for a gift. 1. delivery time unacceptable, goods sent direct from china -(electric carving knife) 2.. i cancelled order due to such a long wait as was a gift, forced to buy another elsewhere to gift. 3.. I was refused a refund even though i had cancelled. when it eventually arrived, luckily i had gifted already the one i bought elsewhere as how embarrassing to gift such an item in that condition with a badly beaten up box. 4.. I can only suggest not to use Coolbe as the after service is just not there to help - I was informed i had to pay the postage back to china, I cant be responsible for where they buy their goods from for their customers, I wasn't at the time aware i had ordered a carving knife direct from china - explains the ridiculous wait time, can be up to 85 days !!! Beware

There is no charging indicator. It is not visible how much charge is left when the device is running. It turns out that you need to charge it when it stops working. This is not very convenient.
