should be called "velcro straps on an adhesive tape". I can't imagine why would you want to glue this on the floor, and I also can't imagine how gluing it to a corner could prevent a carpet from moving by a human. Just imagine a scotch piece on a carpet. Will it hold? And these ones are even worse: just small patches. I'd say it maybe could work to attach a mouse pad to a table, or something. Not for attaching a carpet to a floor unless you want to cover the whole surface (and even then... the glue strip is too thin, it will only attach to some sparse protruding points points of the threads of the carpet and will not hold. Unless you're willing to glue gun your carpet, but in that case... just glue it directly to the floor 🤣
