TooT comes with two types of lip plates. The one that is first installed is a general flute lip plate, and the other NUVO [Firstnote] lip plate is a kind of "auxiliary device" that makes it relatively easy to produce sound.

To replace the lip plate, use a coin or something similar to remove the currently installed lip plate as shown in the figure, insert one side of the new lip plate and close it firmly until you hear a click. This is all it takes to replace the lip plate. TooT allows you to easily replace the lip plate according to your level of improvement, making it an ideal stepping stone between recorder and flute.

When replacing the lip plate, make sure that the rubber O-ring is installed correctly.
