how to use : 1. wet the scalp and hair sufficiently with lukewarm water, then take an appropriate amount of shampoo and lather it in the palm of your hand.
2. gently rub the scalp as if massaging, then leave the foam on for about 2 minutes.
3. rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water to leave no residue, and finish by removing any residual heat from the scalp with cold water.
