How to use the product: Rub a small amount in the palm of your hand, warm it up, and then gently massage into the area that needs moisturizing. This product is hard in nature and changes color and texture depending on the surrounding temperature. Fluctuations in temperature can create fat crystals that affect the color and texture of the product, causing it to appear grainy or irregular. This is a natural phenomenon and there may be slight differences in appearance, but it does not affect the quality of the product. If it becomes solid, you can soften it by placing the container in hot water or using a microwave.
