SUPER WIDE-HELIAR 15mm F4.5 Aspherical is an ultra-wide-angle manual focus lens exclusively for Nikon Z mount. It covers a full-size image circle and the optical design is optimized for Nikon Z system camera image sensors.
The mount is equipped with electronic contacts to enable electrical communication between the lens and the body. The combination of a telecommunications compatible body and the latest firmware*1 provides Exif information, in-body image stabilization (3 axes), and 3 types of focusing support functions (focusing by changing focus point frame color, peaking function) (focus adjustment using the zoom button) is supported.
The history of this lens dates back to 1999 when it was an interchangeable lens released at the same time as the BESSA-L wide-angle film camera.
