UT has partnered with pop art pioneers Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, and Jean-Michel Basquiat for many years. Legendary artists born in New York have left a variety of works to the world so that people can enjoy art more easily. Meet pop art that is loved throughout the ages at UT.
Andy Warhol
Andy Warhol is an American artist representing the 20th century who took on the challenge of looking at art from a different perspective. Established in 1987 based on the meaning of Andy Warhol's life, the Andy Warhol Foundation has established a strong position as a major supporter of American contemporary art. Proceeds from the licensing business are used as foundation funds to provide various grants.
