Just look at the one-of-a-kind mustachioed gentleman mark. - The easiest way to prepare coffee: fill the kettle with water using a measuring cup (approximately 300 ml for 4 cups), replace the filter, add coffee, close the pot and place on the stove. When you hear a gurgling sound, turn off the heat and wait for the coffee to be completely extracted. Appropriate number of espresso cups: It is possible to enjoy coffee in espresso cups or large containers. Brikka comes in two sizes: 2 cups for 3.4 ounces of espresso and 4 cups for 5.7 ounces of espresso. Lighting: Brikka pots can be used on gas stoves, electric stoves, and propane camp stoves. If you are using an induction cooking heater, you will need to purchase a Bialetti induction adapter plate (sold separately).
