One-component sealant based on water glass for places exposed to direct contact with fire.
APPLICATION:
- sealing places exposed to direct contact with fire, i.e. interiors of fireplaces, stoves, hearths, grills, etc.
- fixing and sealing elements made of stone, concrete and steel, e.g. fireplace inserts
- sealing and grouting fireproof bricks
- sealing the components of smoke ducts.
FEATURES:
- permanently resistant to tempertaures up to +1200°C after hardening
- heat-resistant
- good adhesion to building ceramics, chamotte, concrete, stone and alloy steel, it does not contain asbestos
- resistant to SO2, SO3 and NO2 (applies to concentrations typical for heaters, fireplaces and stoves for home use)
- non-elastic after hardening (do not use for dilatation)
- it does not crumble and break under the influence of temperature (only for static applications)
