High-resolution compatible unidirectional electret condenser microphone that uses a newly developed wideband recording microphone capsule.
The newly developed microphone capsule achieves sound pickup with high reproducibility up to 50,000Hz by making the diaphragm thinner and lighter and reducing the acoustic impedance of the back electrode plate.
In addition, polyetherimide (PEI), which has high strength and high insulation properties, is processed with high precision resin cutting and used as the insulation structure material.
The ECM-100U has a frequency response that extends flat to 50,000Hz. It is possible to capture the original features of musical instruments without coloring them.
Each piece is carefully assembled by hand by skilled workers under strict quality control cultivated through professional products.
