The minute hand doesn’t land on the markers when it ticks. I contacted Joom via the chat bot to ask how to return for a refund (within the 14 day period). However, despite successfully uploading a video showing the fault the response I got was some convoluted instructions on how to upload via Google Drive (which I don’t have ). I cannot contact anyone to explain that I cannot do this. Joom clearly do not care and I conclude that they try to make returning goods as difficult as possible. Very disappointing. Therefore, I do not recommend using this company.
