How to change the band length: 1. Using the tool in the package, punch a hole 2. Stand the watch and knock the needle with a small hammer 3. When the needle is knocked out, hold the needle and the small nail cap 4. Aim for the next punched hole and remove the strap 5. Adjust the strap to the size of your arm, then put the needle and nail cap 6. Press the needle and reconnect the strap
