ZEMAITIS's ZVW22 is a V-shaped model electric guitar with ebony on the body top and mahogany on the back, utilizing the grain of the asymmetrical V-shaped body. The neck is made of mahogany and the fingerboard is made of Perferro with binding. It has a 635mm scale and a medium size 22-fret specification. The pickups are two ZEMAITIS original, open-type high-output humbuckers. Controls include master volume and master tone, and a 3-way pickup selector switch. A treble bleed circuit is also introduced to achieve the same tone as at full volume even when the volume is turned down. Furthermore, locking tuners are used to minimize tuning deviations and ensure tuning stability. The bridge with flower nut, which gives the ZEMAITIS character, is of the tune-o-matic type and is combined with a stop tailpiece. The body top is a gloss natural color that brings out the grain of the ebony wood, and the body back color is gloss black. The headstock face is also made of the same ebony as the body, creating a relaxed, mature atmosphere. A gig bag is included for convenient carrying.

A boat-shaped output jack plate is used on the side of the body end. The combination of the ebony body top and ivory-colored binding enhances the high-class feel. The design of the body with the heel corner cut off and the body cut off on the first string side of the neck end enhances playability at high frets.
