How to Use
Adults - Take 1 tablet daily with food. Children do not take. Do not exceed recommended dose.
Other Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Oxide, Potassium Chloride, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, DL-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E). One of the biggest causes of poisoning in children under 6 is accidental overdose of iron-containing products. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call your doctor or emergency room immediately.
If you are taking other supplements, check the label as they may contain the same ingredients.
