How to Use
Fast-Max Cold & Flu
Do not take more than directed on the package insert.
Do not take more than 6 doses within 24 hours.
Measure only using the provided cup.
Do not use other products in the provided cup.
Take as follows or as directed by your doctor:
Adults and Adolescents 12 years and older: Take in a 20ml cup every 4 hours.
Do not use if you are under 12 years of age.
Night Shift, Cold & Flu

Ammonium glycyrrhizate, anhydrous citric acid, ascorbic acid, disodium EDTA, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 1 Artificial flavor, glycerin (soy), propylene glycol, sodium benzoate, sorbitol, sucralose, triacetin, triethyl citrate, purified water, xanthan gum.
Contains 16mg of sodium per 20ml.
Precautions
Liver Warning: This product contains acetaminophen. Taking the following may cause serious liver damage.
If you take more than six doses in a 24-hour period, which is the maximum daily dose.
Other medications containing acetaminophen.
Drinking three or more alcoholic drinks daily while taking this product.
Allergy Risk Warning: Acetaminophen can cause serious skin reactions. Possible symptoms include:
Skin flushing
Blisters
Rash. If a skin reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately.
Sore throat warning: If your sore throat worsens and lasts more than two days or is accompanied by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor immediately.
Do not use if:
Taken with other medications containing acetaminophen (prescription or over-the-counter). If you are unsure whether a medication contains acetaminophen, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
If you are currently taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (for depression, mental or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease) or have been taking it for 2 weeks after stopping an MAOI medication. If you are unsure whether your prescription medication contains an MAOI, consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
Consult a doctor before use if you have:
Liver disease
Heart disease
Diabetes
High blood pressure
Thyroid disease
Glaucoma (for night shifts and severe colds and flu only)
Difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate
Breathing problems such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis (for night shifts and severe colds only)
Persistent or chronic cough due to smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema
Cough with excessive phlegm (mucus)
Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if:
Taking the blood thinner warfarin
Taking sedatives or tranquilizers (NightShift Severe Cold & Flu only)
Precautions for Use
Do not use more than directed on the product package.
May cause agitation, especially in children (NightShift Severe Cold & Flu only)
May cause drowsiness (NightShift Severe Cold & Flu only)
Alcohol, sedatives, or tranquilizers may cause drowsiness (NightShift Severe Cold & Flu only)
Avoid alcoholic beverages (NightShift Severe Cold & Flu only)
Be careful when driving or operating machinery (NightShift Severe Cold & Flu only).
Stop use and consult a doctor if:
You experience nervousness, dizziness, or insomnia.
Pain, stuffy nose, or cough worsens or lasts more than 7 days.
Fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days.
Flushing or swelling develops.
New symptoms develop.
Cough recurs or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. These symptoms may be signs of a serious medical condition.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, always consult a healthcare professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Overdose Warning: Exceeding the recommended dose (overdose) can cause liver damage. In case of overdose, seek medical attention or contact a doctor or emergency room immediately. Prompt medical attention is important for both adults and children, even if no signs or symptoms are present.
Store at 20–25°C (68–77°F).
Do not refrigerate.
Tamper-evident packaging: Do not use if the plastic cap on the bottle is broken or missing.
Do not take Mucinex Fast-Max Cold & Flu and Mucinex NightShift Severe Cold & Flu at the same time. Always wait at least 4 hours before taking another Mucinex liquid supplement.
