How to use: Sunscreen application:
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours.
Use a waterproof sunscreen when swimming or sweating.
Sunscreen protection instructions. Regularly use sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF of 15 or higher. Other sun protection tips include:
Avoid outdoor activities between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
