Durability means that it is resistant to common chemicals (acids and alkalis). Please refrain from using it in organic solvents as it may dissolve in them. ▼About the gloss and protective film of color wrapping sheets: The sheets are available in 31 types, including glossy and matte types. Neither type has a protective film on the surface. While the glossy surface will not be scratched by application with a squeegee or other tool, rubbing the surface against uneven or abrasive surfaces may result in scratches. Therefore, please test on scrap wood before proceeding with the actual application. ▼Processability: Even if slight creases occur, applying the sheet while heating with a heat gun will allow it to be applied smoothly to curved surfaces. It can also be used as a cutting sheet for cutting out wrappings and lettering for vehicle interiors and exteriors. If air bubbles are trapped during application, you can reapply the sheet by warming it with a heat gun or other tool and peeling it off. Please work slowly and do not force it. ■Difference from cutting sheets ①...Because this sheet is a wrapping sheet, when cutting letters or other objects with a cutting machine, the scrap frame may stick to the object being cut. This is not a problem with the sheet itself, but rather due to the airflow shape on the backside. However, we found that this can be avoided if the cutting machine has a high degree of freedom in terms of cutting blade pressure and blade extension. If you use a Graphtec CE7029 series, the scrap frame can be peeled off cleanly (by pressing it lightly with your hand). ■Difference from cutting sheets ②...The degree of stretchability is determined by the difference in the amount of plasticizer contained in the vinyl chloride. Wrapping sheets have more stretchability than cutting sheets because they contain more plasticizer, but cutting sheets are not stretchable and are not suitable for application to curved surfaces. They are suitable for items that should not be affected by deformation due to heat, such as stickers. Wrapping sheets can shrink due to stress after application, so their use as cutting sheets is somewhat discouraged, but post-heating after application can prevent shrinkage and other issues, so they can be used in the same way as cutting sheets. ■ Free Squeegee: If you are satisfied with the product and promise to send us photos of the product after installation, we will mail you a squeegee.
