In 2022, we will be releasing a new snare drum named after our Ridgeland factory, the "USA Custom Ridgeland Snare Drums," which is a hybrid that combines the specifications and technology of USA Custom and BROADKASTER in one unit. It features a 10-ply shell made from a combination of maple, gum, and poplar, which is thicker than the USA Custom Series, and a hybrid bearing edge that combines the traditional Gretsch 30° edge used in the USA Custom Series with an old-school BROADKASTER-style roundover edge. The hardware is the same as USA Custom, with a diecast hoop, lightning throwoff, and 20 snare wires. Due to design changes by the manufacturer, the exterior design, color, specifications, etc. may change without notice.
