Product Description
The mantlet canvas cover, a hallmark of the M4A3E8 from the Korean War, is reproduced with rich three-dimensional detail. New parts, such as the later-model deflector, modified engine deck, exterior telephone booth, first aid kit, new traveling lock, and spare tracks, are also meticulously recreated in exquisite detail. The T80 steel tracks feature a realistic, easy-to-use belt system.
The M2 heavy machine gun is also newly designed.
The barrel and gun mount are made using separate slide molds, allowing for both authenticity and ease of assembly.
The ammunition box is available individually and attached to the machine gun.
The cupola's observation hole and light lens are recreated using transparent parts.
Two torso figures are included: a commander and a loader.
Based on new research, the set includes two decals, including one depicting the 89th Tank Battalion, known for its red devil faces.
"85028 TS-28 Olive Drab 2" is recommended for the main paint job.
