This model is designed for 100V operation and cannot be used overseas. The CR-X series features a Class-D power amplifier for significantly improved thermal efficiency. This also reduces thermal load on the power amplifier board, significantly reducing failure rates. This significantly improves efficiency, durability, and sound quality compared to the previous CR series, which used Class-AB amplifiers. However, Class-D amplifiers drive speakers using PWM (pulse-width modulation), which generates some harmonic noise. This noise is not noticeable during music playback.

The CR8-XBT and CR8S-XBT models sold overseas are not sold in Japan due to Radio Law regulations. Importing or using the CR8-XBT and CR8S-XBT directly in Japan is a violation of the Radio Law.
Professional studio sound quality on par with studio monitors. The premium low-frequency unit and high-frequency driver are driven by a high-headroom power amplifier to reproduce sharp low frequencies and clear, crisp mid- and high-frequency sounds. The wooden cabinet also delivers natural, faithful sound.
Instant volume control. The CR-X amplifier side features a knob for instant volume adjustment. The rear panel also features an L/R speaker selector switch that allows you to position the amplifier/volume control side speaker in either the left or right position. This allows you to position the amplifier side CR-X near a power outlet or on the side that's easiest to operate.
Compatible with a variety of audio sources. The Bluetooth model CR-XBT series features Bluetooth wireless streaming, standard phone, and RCA inputs.
The CR-X features a headphone output jack located at the bottom of the front panel. Connecting headphones automatically turns off the speaker output and instantly switches the front volume control to the headphone volume control. Additionally, PRO TOOLS FIRST DAW software and a plug-in license are included.
The CR-XBT series lets you enjoy Bluetooth wireless streaming. Simply press and hold the Running Man icon on the front panel to pair easily. Running Man doesn't give up, even when pressed. It's patient, so you can rest assured.
