Jaguar Key Cover for XEL, XFL, E-Pace, F-Pace, F-Type, XE, XF, I-Pace, XJL Models (Unisex)

The product was delivered this morning, 14.11.25, but does not fit the key for my Jaguar XF, it is for a Jaguar but not my key, the case is too narrow and not deep enough. See photos below, the product is back in its case and undamaged. Please advise on your suggested coarse of action I am trying to get a refund but cannot contact the help centre, see my complaint above. I have posted this review and yet no one is responding to me. The website refers you to a Help Centre contact button to the right of the screen which doesn't exist. Can someone in Joom take ownership for this complaint and at least acknowledge this message?
