A mission given to a special forces soldier The protagonist of this game is a soldier belonging to the Studies and Observations Group (SOG), commonly known as MACV-SOG, a special forces unit of the U.S. Militarly Assistance Command, Vietnam, dispatched by the U.S. military. He participates in various operational missions as a member of a unit led by a man with tattoos on both arms. Some of their operations are unofficial, and they will take on battles never recorded in history.

Take on your missions with a wide variety of weapons and armaments! A variety of firearms appear in the Cold War era, which lies between World War II and modern warfare. In addition to familiar weapons like the Colt Commando and AK-47, there are also many unique weapons. One example is the crossbow, which can attack by attaching explosives to its arrows.
