[Synopsis] The year is 2205. "Historical revisionists" seeking to change history have launched an attack on the past. The government of the time, confronting them, dispatches "Saniwa" (gods) to the past to protect history.

Created by the Saniwa's power to stimulate the minds of objects, the Touken Danshi, Tsukumogami spirits that reside in swords, fight alongside the Saniwa to protect history.

One day, a new Touken Danshi appears in their Honmaru.

Fudo Yukimitsu - a sword originally wielded by the Sengoku period warlord Oda Nobunaga and bestowed upon his attendant, Mori Ranmaru.

Fudo Yukimitsu expresses pride in having been Nobunaga's beloved sword, but does not get along well with fellow former masters, such as Muneza Samonji, Heshikiri Hasebe, and Yagen Tōshirō.

Yamabagiri Kunihiro, who has been appointed as a close attendant, works hard to restore harmony to the Honmaru, which has been disrupted by Fudo Yukimitsu's arrival. In the midst of this, the Saniwa issues an order to march to the Honnoji Incident, the historic event that saw the end of Oda Nobunaga in the 10th year of Tensho. [Performance Information]
