NOKTON Vintage Line 28mm F1.5 Aspherical is a wide-angle lens that combines three elements: large aperture, compact size, and extremely excellent optical performance. While achieving an extremely bright F1.5 for a 28mm wide-angle lens, the filter diameter is kept to φ43mm, and the overall length from the mount surface is short at 45.5mm, giving it an overall sleek style. The radically designed lens barrel is equipped with an optical system consisting of 10 elements in 8 groups that uses two aspherical lenses on both sides. Demonstrates extremely excellent optical performance from the maximum aperture of F1.5. The shortest shooting distance has been achieved from 0.7m linked to the rangefinder (depending on the camera attached) to 0.5m by using a helicoid that can extend further. Type II is made of brass and has a solid feel of 330g that will satisfy your desire to own it. Reminiscent of famous lenses from the early 1960s, the Type II finish is available in black paint or silver. Includes a focusing knob that allows you to experience a new manual focus operation. It is possible to attach the focusing knob by removing the screw in the recess where the finger rests on the focusing lever. The focusing knob is made of metal and has a total length of approximately 14 mm. It is an accessory that focuses at around 1 m when the lens mount is at the 6 o'clock position, and allows you to determine the approximate focus position by looking at the angle of the knob without having to read the focus scale. The optional hood with slit LH-6 (sold separately) is compatible. The optical design of this lens is optimized for use with rangefinder-linked digital and film cameras, but it can also be used with mirrorless digital cameras using a mount adapter, making it suitable for shooting on a variety of platforms beyond rangefinder-linked cameras.
