The motor is mounted midship at the rear to balance traction and stability of the drive wheels, and the compact rear-wheel drive chassis M-08 has a main frame that is split front and rear to accommodate three different wheelbases, and is equipped with carefully selected parts that are effective in racing.
The drivetrain includes a ball differential, universal driveshafts, low-friction cross spiders, lightweight aluminum swing shafts, and 5mm thick clamp-type aluminum wheel hubs.
The suspension system makes extensive use of turnbuckle shafts in the suspension arms and steering system, and also uses titanium-coated suspension shafts. The M-Chassis Big Bore Aluminum Damper Plus, which is attached to the carbon damper stays, is a special product with blue anodized upper and lower caps.
