Product Directions: In a glass or shaker cup, mix one dose (1 scoop) with 6 oz. of cold water or skim milk, or two doses (2 scoops) with 12 oz. Take between regular meals and after exercise. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. For best results, take 4 scoops of Nitro-Tech® daily for at least 6 weeks.
