Mitsuko Ido
Dropped out of the Department of Home Economics at Japan Women's University. After editing ``Invitation to Flamenco'' (Shobunsha), he began learning Spanish. In 1987, he went to Madrid to study at his own expense. While working on the editing and publication of Spain's general information newspaper, ``This Week in Spain'' (1989-1994), he established and taught Spanish correspondence courses. For 14 years, he has been serializing news from Spain and Central and South America on NHK's Spanish course texts.
Atsu Ishimura
Graduated from Kyoto Women's University Faculty of Letters. After graduating from university, she began learning Spanish, and after raising her children, she received a scholarship from the Spanish government to study at the Complutense University of Madrid. After returning to Japan, he was involved in editing and publishing ``This Week in Spain'' (1989-1994). While translating picture books, he also teaches Spanish correspondence courses. For 14 years, Spanish news has been serialized in NHK's Spanish course text.
