Have received further communication from Joom who have authorised the refund. Great customer service as always. Will be ordering another as probably just unlucky with product received.
Buon prodotto esattamente come la descrizione, secondo me un po' piccolino anche sé le misure sembrano corrispondere a quelle dichiarate, decorazioni in colori pastello, carine tenue.
