DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same day upon payment completion. Only 100% genuine products available in the domestic market are sold, and the shipping period takes about 1-2 days after payment confirmation. Sundays and holidays are not included in the shipping period. An additional shipping fee of 300 won applies for Jeju and remote island areas.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND INFORMATION
Exchanges and refunds are possible for all products regardless of the price. If there is a problem with the product you ordered, or in case of a simple change of mind, you can return the product within 7 days, and we will resend it in the desired size. For exchanges due to simple change of mind, a round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 won will be charged. There may also be cases where shipping exchanges and refunds are not possible.
