[Features & Specifications]
[Setup Menu] Receiver Settings (Compatible with F-4G/T-FHSS/S-FHSS and MINI-Z). MINI-Z is also compatible with MINI-Z EVO, MINI-Z EVO2, and MINI-Z FHSS (Note 1). The telemetry function is only available in F-4G and T-FHSS modes. It is not available in S-FHSS or MINI-Z modes. Note 1: MINI-Z FHSS requires the MINI-Z FS-RM005 module (Kyosho Corporation).
Servo View: Checks servo operation for all channels. This allows you to check operation when adjusting the steering angle or setting the mixing function. Throttle Mode: Sets neutral braking, which applies the brakes when the throttle trigger is in the neutral position. Reverse: This function determines the direction in which servos and other devices will operate in response to operation of the transmitter's steering, throttle, channels 3/4, and other spare channels. Sub Trim: When assembling a model, this is used to fine-tune the center position of the reference servo horn on the linkage that connects each servo's servo horn to the component with a rod. Endpoint: When using a linkage, this function is used to adjust the left and right steering angle, the throttle high/brake operation amount, and the up/down operation amount for channels 3/4 and other spare channels. Fail Safe Function: This function sets the servo operation position in case the receiver loses reception of the transmitter signal for any reason, or if the receiver battery voltage drops. Fail Safe, Hold, and OFF modes will automatically be canceled when reception of the transmitter signal is resumed. Acceleration: The throttle forward/brake acceleration characteristics near neutral can be adjusted separately. Trim/Dial Settings: You can set the functions operated by the digital trim (DT1 - DT6) and dial (DL1). Switch Settings: Select the functions and operation method operated by the push switches (SW1 - SW3). Idle Up: Use this function to improve engine starting by raising the idle speed when starting an engine car (boat). This function is also effective when you want to prevent braking when the power is turned off while driving due to gear ratio settings or the influence of the motor used in an electric car. However, when using models such as the MC971CR, MC970CR, MC960CR, MC950CR, MC851C, MC602C, or MC402CR, as with the neutral brake function, you must turn the idle up function on after the ESC has recognized the neutral position and is operational. D/R, ATL. Channel Settings: This function assigns steering or throttle to a desired channel. This is a convenient function when you want to use steering or throttle on a different channel, or when you want other channels to function in the same way as steering or throttle.
[Model Menu] Model Select, Model Copy. Model Name. Model Delete (from SD card). Data Reset. Model Type: Use default settings optimized for 1/5 scale models and drifting.
[Mixing Menu] Steering Mixing. Brake Mixing. Gyro Mixing. 4WS Mixing. Dual ESC. CPS Mixing (1, 2, 3): When using the CPS-1 (optional), you can set the LED lighting pattern, etc. Tank Mixing: Mixing for tracked vehicles such as tanks. Program Mixing (1, 2, 3, 4, 5): You can also set the mixing master to telemetry. Winch Mixing: Mixing effective for crawlers.
[Racing Menu] Curve (EXP): Allows you to individually set steering, throttle, and brake. Speed: Allows you to individually set steering and throttle. Traction Control: By intermittently operating the throttle, you can steer smoothly and drive along the ideal line. In drift cars, intermittently operating the motor in the high-point direction can simulate a rev limiter sound. A.B.S: In full-time 4WD vehicles, braking while cornering can cause understeer. Using this function allows you to clear corners smoothly. Start: Simply operate the throttle trigger slowly enough to maintain grip, and the trigger will automatically switch from the set position to a preset point, allowing for a smooth start. Engine Cut: This function operates the throttle servo to a preset position (engine cut position), similar to shutting down the engine with the touch of a switch. Feeling: This function softens the response if you find the servo too sensitive and difficult to operate. Setting it to the mild side will slow down the response, while setting it to the aggressive side will speed up the response. Feeling Adjustment OFF provides the fastest response. Drag Race (Trans Brake): Stop the car with the throttle (trigger) fully open and then release the trans brake for sharp acceleration.
[Accessory Menu] Timer: Select and use one of four timers: Up Timer, Fuel Down Timer, Lap Timer, and Lap Navigate Timer. Lap List: Call this to check the lap memory data (each lap time) stored using the lap timer. S.BUS Servo: A dedicated function that allows you to change the parameters of Futaba S.BUS / S.BUS2 servos. Change UR servo settings. MC (ESC) Link: Allows you to set the ESC. Gyro Link: Allows you to set the gyro. Index Table: Allows you to display the index table for DD cars. Gear Ratio Table: Calculates the final reduction ratio from the input pinion gear, spur gear, and gearbox secondary reduction ratio and displays it in a table. END/DIR Button Settings: Customize the END/DIR button to call up your favorite menu. Home Screen Display Settings: Customize the home screen display. Custom Menu Editing: Create your own frequently used functions. Warning Displays: Low battery alarm, power off warning, MIX warning.
[System Menu] Display Settings: Adjust backlight brightness, dimming time, and other settings. System Information: Set your user name, display language, and telemetry information units for the jog key. Also displays the software version. Buzzer: Adjust the switch/trim/jog key operation sounds and the pitch of the warning alarm sounds. Battery Settings: Set the battery type to ensure the appropriate battery alarm voltage. Total Timer: Display the accumulated power-on time on the home screen. LED Settings: Adjust the brightness and illumination mode of the pilot LED light (constant on, off, or linked to the backlight). Adjuster: Adjust the neutral position and operating angle of the steering wheel and throttle trigger. Receiver Update: Updates can be performed via the transmitter.
