My worst experience ever in terms of delivery. The product made 1 month just to leave the warehouse, with no information, with any updates. The product reach the destination, I received a message to pick it up from the pickup point and when i went it was not there. The employee of the place informed me that the courier took it back for no reason. Again no information, no updates, nothing. I asked the customer service and gave me a number of another country to call there as they have my package. Then i found by myself the phone for the responsible place and I managed to guide and find a solution in order to pick up my order after 1+ month. I will never use Joom again.

Il est confortable mais la 1ere nuit ma fait mal au dos, plus que du bien je vais attendre quelque jours mais trop plat. Etant ashmatique j'ai besoin que ma tête soit surélevé la nuit
